Keto Burns, was born and raised here in Saint Augustine and has spent countless hours on both the land and waterways surrounding Anastasia Island. Keto bought Southern Realty from its founder, Patrick Hamilton, who has been here since the 1950’s, and is still deeply involved in the grassroots work that helps to maintain the natural beauty of this special area. This long history means that the team of locals at Southern Realty knows the subtle differences between one waterfront home and another one down the street. We share this deep-rooted and extensive local knowledge with our customers to help them make informed choices.
